1.   Coastal clouds will obscure sections of the Los Angeles Basin.

2.   Farther south, California will be mostly sunny and warm, though morning clouds will obscure large sections of the California coast.

3.   Fog will obscure sections of the Appalachians.

4.   Fog will obscure sections of the western Gulf Coast with broken clouds covering most of the southern Plains and lower Mississippi Valley.
