1. For dough, mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together and blend in the Margarine until dough is crumbly. 2. Cream butter, mix together flour and sugar. 3. For topping, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and, if desired, cinnamon. 4. In a bowl, mix flour, melted butter and vanilla, blending well. 5. In a small bowl or measuring cup, mix flour and cream until smooth. 6. In large bowl, mix flour with other dry ingredients, then cut in shortening with pastry blender until well-blended. 7. In large bowl, mix flour, milk, eggs, oil, onion or garlic powder, salt and water. 8. Using fingers, mix flour and shortening until mixture is crumbly. |
