1. All instant nonfat dry milk products are of the same grade. 2. Cholesterol is found only in animal products, such as meats-especially organ meats-whole milk products and the yolk of eggs. 3. Fortified milk products have added vitamin and mineral content. 4. It can be reconstituted and used like any fluid milk product. 5. Reconstituted and recombined milk and milk products are those that result from the recombining of milk constituents with potable water. 6. Several new milk products are being developed with this goal in mind, and there are two notable entries in the field. 7. Yogurt is a cultured milk product prepared from either whole or skim milk. 8. Of the aptients with lactose malabsorption, only two had a history of gastrointestinal intolerance to milk or milk products. 9. Where goat milk or milk products are used for human consumption, milk-withholding periods for different drugs should be observed. |
