1. Another room, more Gothic than Deco, would be a place for drinking and schmoozing, stocked with Beluga caviar, smoked salmon and melon balls. 2. Arrange three melon balls in the lemonade in the bottom of each mold. 3. Add five melon balls to each mold. 4. Divide soup evenly around melon balls. 5. Garnish with fresh melon balls or strawberries. 6. I serve this in a scooped-out cantaloupe half with melon balls and raspberry ice cubes, which keep the melon cool without diluting the soup. 7. Melon balls hold up well and add flashes of color to your plate. 8. Place an equal amount of melon balls in each melon half, and refrigerate. 9. Set aside melon balls. 10. So the children helped Horst scoop melon balls, cut sandwich shapes and fill these with tuna, smoked salmon. |
