1.   Along with the federal insurance come layers of expensive regulations.

2.   A layer comes off as you warm up.

3.   In some cases new adhesives may react with the old glue causing both layers to come undone.

4.   Next comes a layer of paramilitary police, and then regular Pakistani troops.

5.   Other times one layer comes crashing down onto the other, flies off the plate and lands with a splat in the lap.

6.   Sometimes the reinforcing carbon comes loose from the matrix that forms the bulk of the composite or layers come apart, a process called delamination.

7.   The top layer is in good shape, and I know both layers must come off.
