A chilly wind from the north will keep low clouds along the northeast coast, though some sun will break through in the afternoon. 4. A corridor of moisture, associated with a weak disturbance aloft, will keep clouds and scattered thundershowers near the East Coast. 5. A disturbance over northern Mexico should keep low clouds and drizzle over the Rio Grande Valley. 6. A jet stream disturbance moving into the west will keep ocean clouds near the coast and trigger a few showers inland. 7. A light offshore flow will keep ocean clouds away from coastal southern California. 8. A storm developing east of Cape Hatteras will keep some clouds near the coast. 9. Farther north, gusty onshore breezes will keep clouds near the North Carolina coast. 10. Moist onshore winds will keep low clouds across much of the Northeast on Friday. |
