1.   An export licence was issued in August last year.

2.   Consultations between the agriculture departments and the Home Office are in progress to develop procedures and criteria for issuing licences.

3.   Duplicate A duplicate licence is issued to replace a valid licence which has been lost, stolen or defaced.

4.   Licences would be issued to those wishing to trade in foreign exchange.
