1.   A surface high pressure system over the northeast Atlantic continues to generate moderate to strong easterly to northeasterly winds across the northeast Caribbean.

2.   A strong surface high pressure system over the central Atlantic northeast of our area continued to generate moderate to strong east winds across the eastern Caribbean.

3.   High pressure will weakly build across the local area by tonight which will generate more moderate east to northeast winds.

4.   It will continue to generate a moderate to strong flow of dry air across the area.

5.   The combination of these two systems will generate moderate to large north swells to the coastal waters of puerto rico and the virgin islands through monday.
