1. Add a portion of chicken meat, season with salt and pepper if desired, and fold each tortilla in half. 2. Fold each tortilla in half and drain on paper towels. 3. Fold each tortilla in half and trim into the shape of an ear. 4. Fold the tortilla into a cylinder by wrapping first one edge and then the other over the cheese filling. 5. Fold tortillas in half again over cheese. 6. Fold tortilla to enclose filling and eat out of hand. 7. Fold all tortillas in half. 8. Fold tortilla in half again and transfer to tray with corn. 9. Fold tortilla in half and grill just until cheese softens. 10. Fold tortillas in half. |
