1.   Bokin, wearing a jailhouse orange shirt and slacks, did not enter a plea during his court hearing.

2.   His first appearance, an arraignment to enter a plea of guilty or not-guilty, is required by law.

3.   Neither suspect entered a plea Tuesday.

6.   Shaun Gooch entered a plea of not guilty at Gloucester Crown Court to causing death by reckless driving, and also not guilty to driving whilst disqualified.

7.   A second man, Tony Gallagher, also entered a plea of not guilty to causing death by reckless driving.
