1.   After primary fermentation, the brewers at Old Dominion dry hop the beer with Mount Hoods and Cascades to enhance aroma.

2.   Local fruitwood provides the fuel, and toward the end of the process, Lee throws in bunches of old basil to enhance the aroma.

3.   Washing and polishing beans, which Ipanema did for Tchibo in order to enhance the aroma, is virtually unheard of in Brazil.

4.   The flavour of lengkuas is sharp, enhancing the aroma of the thin coconut milk.
