1.   Andy Klubock, proprietor of the two establishments, served duck sausage, New Zealand mussels, rabbit tenderloin and North Georgia rainbow trout, among other delicacies.

2.   Appetizers include duck sausage, New Zealand mussels with shallots and garlic and beef tenderloin served in Thai dipping sauce.

3.   I also like to make paella that hints of cassoulet, with rabbit, duck confit, duck sausage and even some white beans.

4.   I like spicy sausage, duck sausage, even vegetable-tofu sausage.

5.   One starter was a duck sausage atop a slaw of sorts, made from savoy cabbage and mint, with daikon strips adding punch and variety of texture.

6.   The range of dishes it happily accompanied was enormous, from duck sausage to buffalo to fish to Key lime pie.

7.   Today the kitchen also offers a duck sausage with sweet and sour cabbage, raspberry shrub contributing to the sweet and sour flavor.
