1.   Carefully stir in reserved broth, chopped dried mushrooms, button mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms herbs and pepper.

2.   Dried wild mushrooms.

3.   Dry mushrooms and set aside.

4.   Make sure to dry the mushrooms immediately after washing, since their wet surfaces quickly become slimy.

5.   Rinse dried mushrooms in water to remove grit, then soften in water or bouillon.

6.   Take dried shiitake mushrooms, for example.

7.   Wash and dry mushrooms.
