1.   In some cases downspouts empty into buried drainage lines or ceramic drainage tiles instead of onto the ground.

2.   Telephone poles, railroad beds and drainage tiles are being removed.

3.   Then they destroyed the drainage tiles that the farmers had installed.

4.   Drainage tiles were laid in December and resodding was completed Thursday.
