1.   A Russian border guard who killed his commander and four soldiers in the Russian Far East was declared sane by military doctors, the Interfax news agency said Monday.

2.   If later declared sane at the hospital, she could be released.

3.   If later she is declared sane, she could be released.

4.   If found innocent by reason of insanity, she could be sentenced to a mental health facility until doctors declare her sane.

5.   If she were later declared sane, she could be released.
