1.   Add apple cider to pan, and cover turkey loosely with aluminum foil.

2.   Cover the turkey loosely with foil and set it aside in a warm place.

3.   Cover the turkey with aluminum foil if it begins to overbrown.

4.   Pour in the brine, making sure it covers the turkey.

5.   The following recipe for the brine can be increased as needed to cover the turkey.

6.   The important thing is to prepare enough brine to cover the turkey completely.
