1. Cool the cake in the mold before serving. 2. Be sure that the cake is completely cooled before icing. 3. Invert cake to remove bottom of pan and peel off paper when cake is cooled, but serve cake right side up. 4. Spread over cooled cake. 5. When cake is cooled, carefully cut into three layers. 6. When cake is slightly cooled, prick holes lightly with a fork and pour glaze over cake. 7. When cakes are cooled to room temperature, crumble into a large bowl. 8. When cake is completely cooled, drizzle glaze over cake and let it drip down sides. 9. To decorate cake Place cooled cake on a serving dish. |
