1. A major concern is whether the financial conditions of eligibility for representation are too restrictive. 2. A more immediate concern is the danger that a monumental scientific advance could be commercialised. 3. Again, equal protection and due process concerns are evident. 4. And there are ethical concerns which make the law so important to our society. 5. Another concern was the problem of uncontrolled importations of exotic species. 6. At the national level the concern is with the education system as a whole rather than with individual schools. 7. Beyond the financial problems, there is new concern that historically tolerant California is developing a culture sharply divided along racial lines. 8. But if direct partisan considerations are largely absent from the process, wider concerns of suitability are not. 9. But my main concern is for you. 10. But the main concern must be whether the selection process itself is effective. |
