1.   Prime Minister Tony Blair has said Britain is involved in detailed discussions with the United States about the status of the British detainees.

2.   Britain will seek access to any British detainees brought to a U.S. military base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, a spokesman for Prime Minister Tony Blair said Monday.

3.   Britain said intelligence agents from its Security Service were among those who questioned seven British detainees.

4.   Straw said he spoke with U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell on Saturday about the treatment of the three British detainees.

5.   A third British detainee had been named earlier and newspaper reports said more Britons were being held at the US naval base.

6.   Relatives of one Australian and two British detainees held in Guatanamo filed a lawsuit in Washington last week, saying their loved ones shouldee either formally charged or released.
