1.   Bring cream to a boil, combine cornstarch and water and add mixture to the boiling cream, stirring constantly.

2.   If the eggs are not mixed until the point when the boiling cream is added, undesirable lumps may form.

3.   Pour the boiling cream into the beaten egg yolks and whisk to combine.

4.   Pour the boiling cream over the chocolate.

5.   Whisk about a third of the boiling cream into the yolks.
