1. Add lemon halves to water. 2. Add pecan halves to egg white and toss, using your hands, until thoroughly coated. 3. Add remaining half of dry ingredients. 4. Add shallot halves to the same pan. 5. Add onion halves, cut sides down. 6. Add pear halves, cut-side down, and spoon port mixture over them. 7. Add pear halves. 8. Add pecan halves and mix well. 9. Cut each cranberry in half and add the halves to the sugar mixture. 10. For lemon vodka, add lemon halves, wedges and foliage to water. |
