61.   The OIC contact group declared in July that the UN-imposed arms embargo on Bosnia was invalid and said it was prepared to supply arms to Bosnian Moslems.

62.   The Palestinian Authority and Iran, which was accused by Israel of supplying the arms, have denied any knowledge of the affair.
