41.   If the latest version of the module is an approved version then, although it is the subject of a DC, no development has taken place.

42.   Similarly, if no preferred version for the module has been set, the Preferred Version field will display NONE.

43.   The preferred version must be a version of the module which is already known to LIFESPAN.

44.   FINV The First version specified is invalid.

45.   LINV The Last version specified is invalid.

46.   FGTL The First version specified is greater than the Last version.

47.   For a valid range of module issues the first version must be less than the last version.
