37.   Skies over interior to west sections of Puerto Rico may at times become mostly cloudy due to daytime heating combined with sea breezes.

38.   Showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop over the interior and west sections of Puerto Rico as the sea breezes collide over the central part of the island.

39.   Sky conditions overnight ranged from fair in the west section of Puerto Rico to partly cloudy over the east.

40.   The only exception will be the west section of Puerto Rico where scattered to widely scattered showers are expected this afternoon.
