31. UN-backed talks to extend a ceasefire between the mainly Moslem Bosnian government forces and Serb separatists broke down on Sunday, the UN press service said in Zagreb. 32. Moslem rebels in Bihac fighting the government in Sarajevo are backed by Serb separatists in Bosnia-Hercegovina and in neighboring Croatia. 33.
