1.   Five Indian soldiers were killed in Kashmir Sunday when a land mine detonated by Moslem separatists blew up their vehicle, police said here.

2.   Four Western tourists held hostage in Kashmir by Moslem separatists since last July are safe and they might soon be freed, a US Congressman said here Thursday.

3.   Four Western tourists -- an American, two Britons and a German -- were kidnapped by Moslem separatists in July of last year and remain missing.
