31. Spread remaining batter over top. 32. Then evenly spoon remaining batter into pan. 33. Top with remaining batter, then with remaining chocolate mixture. 34. Top with remaining batter. 35. Top with remaining batter, spreading evenly over all. 36. Transfer the cooked pancakes to a double thickness of paper towels to drain while you fry the remaining batter. 37. To remaining batter, add raisins, allspice, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and cocoa. 38. Remove from pan and continue making the pancakes with remaining batter. |
