31.   Add the wine and boil until the liquid evaporates, stirring constantly.

32.   Add the wine and bring to a boil, scraping up any browned bits in the pot.

33.   Add the wine and deglaze the pan.

34.   Add the wine and stir up any brown bits in the bottom of the pan.

35.   Add the wine to the pan and transfer the pan to the oven.

36.   Add the wine to the pan, scraping the drippings from the bottom with a wooden spoon.

37.   Add the wine, and cook for a couple of minutes.

38.   Add the wine, and cook until liquid is absorbed.

39.   Add white wine and bring to a boil, scraping bottom of the pan.

40.   Add white wine and cook until liquid is reduced by half.
