23.   The Atlantic sub-tropical high-pressure system dominates the weather picture today.

24.   The Atlantic high pressure has already retreated to the northeast and is out of the weather picture today.

25.   The damp weather picture wiped out early gains attributed to new export figures, which were especially strong for corn.

26.   The next best opportunity for rain is in the early or middle part of next week when a cold front enters the weather picture for the eastern Caribbean.

27.   The spoiler in the weather picture is a persistent upper level low pressure trough located in the Windward Passage.
