21.   Abductions, disappearances, torture and unlawful killings have been carried out by both parties in the fighting, the human rights group said in a report.

22.   Amnesty International on Monday accused both Israel and the Palestinian Authority of widespread human rights abuses, including unlawful killings, mass arbitrary arrests and torture.

23.   Amnesty said it had repeatedly urged the Israeli government to halt unlawful killings and on Palestinian groups to stop the killing of civilians.
