11.   Projects that have suffered funding shortages since approval should be reappraised, while those failing to meet new standards should have their original licence withdrawn, the spokesman said.

12.   Police carry out checks at least every five years on homes of gun-owners and their gun licences are withdrawn immediately if any infraction is noted.
