11.   Combine with remaining sauce ingredients in a bowl and blend well.

14.   Heat a nonstick pan large enough to hold all the sauce ingredients until it is very hot.

15.   Heat a wok or large pot and add all sauce ingredients, except sesame oil, and bring to a simmer.
