11.   The cars will be turned over to insurance companies in the United States which already have reimbursed the owners for the loss, U.S. Embassy spokeswoman Martha Blanco said.

12.   The couple does not have to fork out transportation fees because the car owner can be reimbursed at the nearest bank or village cooperative.

13.   The law also requires the stores to reimburse owners for medical bills up to the purchase price.
