11.   Four people were then killed including a policeman when police prevented a JI mob in nearby Rawalpindi from crossing into Islamabad.

12.   The violence spread to the neighbouring district of Banjarnegara as security forces prevented mobs from entering the district capital later on the same day.

13.   Shortly afterwards the security ministry said security forces had prevented the mob from penetrating the building.
