11.   Joint Moslem-Croat police patrols began in central Mostar on Tuesday, restoring freedom of movement despite an ugly attack by Croat nationalists against Moslem residents.

12.   The Jewish enclave was ringed with heavy Israeli security Friday morning and some joint patrols began operations although there were no reports of any incidents.
