11.   The old concrete on its tracks is being removed by explosions in order to organize a train rotation in January, at least from Courage Square to the north.

12.   The paint spotted and bubbled and blistered on the old concrete because there was no vapor barrier under the slab.

13.   Unfortunately, however, chances are that each patch will be visible when it dries because it will probably cure to a slightly different color than the old concrete.

14.   We had the old concrete taken up and replaced with asphalt.
