11.   Association president Md Ibrahim Md Ismail said the Entrepreneur Development Ministry should stop issuing licences to ensure the survival of existing contractors.

12.   At present, the regulations allow for contravention licences to be issued for agricultural practices.

13.   By October next year, according to an existing liberalisation plan, new telecom licences will be issued in Thailand.
