11.   Gadhafi said the sanctions should be lifted as soon as there was an agreement on the details of handing over of the suspects.

12.   He said the timing of the lawsuit and its handing over of certificates were coincidental.

13.   Bosnia has also undertaken a commitment to improve cooperation with the UN war crimes court for the former Yugoslavia, which includes handing over of indicted war crimes suspects.

14.   The arrangement would involve handing over of the affected agencies to credible local and foreign extrepreneurs to manage under agreed rules, the minister told a news conference.
