11.   Futures brokerages that pass the inspection will carry a seal of approval on their annual business registration certificates, the report said.

12.   After clearing all their futures positions, those institutions should be deprived of their memberships in the futures brokerages, it said.

13.   The watchdog also announced annual inspections of all futures brokerages to ensure they had sufficient capital and were complying with trading regulations.

14.   Violations of the regulations would be punishable by closure of offending futures brokerages for restructure, following which they would have to reapply to registration.
