91.   Pour in the beaten egg in a thin stream and stir.

92.   Place the flour in another shallow dish, and the beaten egg in a third.

93.   Pour a little of the mixture into beaten egg yolks, then return to boiler.

94.   Pour over beaten egg yolks a little at a time.

95.   Pour the boiling cream into the beaten egg yolks and whisk to combine.

96.   Place mixture in a large mixing bowl, and add the beaten egg, cayenne, nutmeg, salt, pepper, hazelnut oil and flour.

97.   Reduce heat to medium, pour in beaten eggs and stir constantly so eggs coat rice grains as they set.

98.   Remove from heat and add beaten eggs.

99.   Roll up and seal with beaten egg.

100.   Remove from heat and stir in beaten egg with a fork.
