Overnight, snow will develop in the eastern Ohio valley and the central Appalachians. 8. Patchy showers will precede a weakening front as it moves from the eastern Ohio valley to the interior Northeast. 9. Record chill is expected in the eastern Ohio valley and central Appalachians Saturday night. 10.
