8.   Patchy showers will precede a weakening front as it moves from the eastern Ohio valley to the interior Northeast.

9.   Record chill is expected in the eastern Ohio valley and central Appalachians Saturday night.

10.   Some mixed rain and wet snow showers will persist in the eastern Ohio valley and near the southern Appalachians.
