Anxiety is not a good feeling. Because it can make you lose your temper very easily. And if you have an anxiety, you can't deal with the things very calmly.
when we have less time to do some things (Such as exam), we will feel anxieous. When we can't control some things (Such as our kids don't agree with our argument.),we will feel anxieous too.
