The phenomenon that people in modern life are used to getting up too late, which has attracted great attention in the society.
There are several reasons for the issue. As we all know, people who are employed feel heavy strain, because they are afraid of losing their jobs. With great burden, they often stay too late for work, and they would spend less time sleeping accordingly.Moreover,as the rapid development of the information society,some people fall into the habit of chatting online with friends too late, which affects people's sleeping.
As far as I am concerned, the pace of modern life is the main cause of the phenomenon. In order to avoid it, we should learn to slow down and find some time to relax ourselves. In a word,we should adapt to our life in the modern society.
