Phone is one of important part of our life.Such as send a message make a phone call to somebody ,wechat,surfing in the internet with the phone.Today we can not leave the phone every time.
Nowaday,many people not noly playing during for dinner ,in class even crossing the street.Wow,It is so dangerous.
Frist crossing the street while playing with the phone will increat the accident tack.It is bad for our life .Then it will effort the other people's daily life.
In my opinions, govement should set some rules about people playing with the phone while crossing the street, for excemple ,if you crossing street while playing the phone ,you will pay for 50RMB to the police. If it make an accident ,you will pay all the money to the car owner and need to writing a apologize in the news or internet.
If you want our life will better than better ,we should try our best in this way by ourselves.
