The human race has entered a completely new stage in its history.With a increasingly rapid economic globalization and urbanization.Many problems are brought to our attention.One of which is that more and more people don't have a bahavior of early rising.
As to whether this situation is a blessing or a cause,There is a long-running controvelsial debate.It is quite natural that people from different backgrounds may have divergent towards it .There are some main reasons to load early rising:firstly,Many citizens like to go to bad lately,because of the activities for entertainment.Secondly,Some people think they should have a enough rest so that they will have a good spirit for their job or study.
After a thorought,for my part, I think people should get up early and go to bad early.It is a good behavior for human to maintain the health. We can take part in many sport activities instead of watching tv or playing computer day and night. Early Rising is good behavior which we should have keep in our daily life.
