Talking of early rising, different people have different opinions. People would like to get up early while others prefer laterly.
People who decide to not early rising the reasons are as follows: on one hand, people live faster and faster than before. Because they don't want to sleep early so that they don't like early rising. On the other hand, more and more thing attract them to do, such playing games
online, communicating with people by using cell phone, looking film and so on.
In my views, people should get up early and what they should do. First, people ought to wash bath early then go to sleep about 22:00. Because our organs begin to work so we should relax our bodies. Second, communicating with others enable to expend our vision and widen our horizion but we may in the day instead of in midnight.Furthermore, early rising is important for our health.
