Nowadays, the most people have a think that the person must have more and more higher konwledge. But the other words ,some people think the knowledge instead of diplomna. In my opions ,i think that knowledge and diploma both important.
The word that the higher knowedge than personal experience important.Because you study moer konwledge, you could consider advantage and disadvantage about a important thing and you konw how to do better. You can know everthing.
In other words, some people think of the diploma is important. The personal experience can help youself to do better in our work. It can get along with some peoples on the job and develop your job.
As my word, i think that both of important. Besause you only have knowledge or doploma, can not help you to make a good job. So,we need to study more knowledge and take more social experience.That advantage of develop in our life.
