Knowledge and Diploma
People hold different view about knowledge and diploma. Some people are of the opinion that it is important for them to have a high diploma because they believe it is an advantage for them to have a good job.However,others point out that the important thing to the employee is the skills,not the diploma.
As far as I am concerned,the latter view holds more weight. For one thing,as we all know that the job marking becomes more and more competitive.It is no use if you have no idea to put your knowledge into practice even if you have high diploma.For another,it is important for everyone to know how to communicative well with others.We can take aprt in any social activity ,which can help us to know the communicative skills after graduating from college.
To conclude,Diploma is not everything.We can take part in some practicing,which is good for us to our future ,as long as it has no effect on our study.
