As the world change,more and more people has a phone,they play the phone everywhere,expecially play during crossing the street,it is very dangerous.
First of all,you can't attention the car,it increase the danger that cars will crash you.Second,the theif will have chance and take your phone easily,becase your attention will down while you playing the phone.Thirdly,it will make your neak feel tird.
As far as I am concert,we must improve the sense of security,don't play the phone while crossing the street,becase the life is improtant than playing phone.
