At present,higher knowledge and diploma plays an important part in society.In the society's regular,the higher knoweladge and diploma you had,the more salary you get.However,different people has different opinions ,some people think that it is not equal to individual ability.
as far as i am concerned,knoweledge and diploma is not the most important things to offer a job in society.For one thing,many students had a part-time job in the common university to increase thier social ralationship.For another,students' ability include not only the diploma but also the social different abilities.Last but not least,diploma is not represend the only ability index in society.Most CEO had a low knowledge and Diploma.
